What this site collects.

Developed Films is a one-director production company. This page says plainly what the site collects, who processes it, and how to have it removed.

What the contact form collects

Your name, email address and what you are making. Phone number and timeline are optional. That is the whole form, and all of it is there so there is a way to write back to you about the project.

Where it goes

It is emailed to ricky@developedfilms.com and stored in this site's database. It is not added to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to be added to.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form is not being filled in by a bot, and sees the submission in order to do that. The database behind this site is hosted by Supabase, and the email arrives in a Google Workspace inbox. On a project page, Stripe takes card payments and DocuSeal handles signatures — card details are entered on Stripe’s own form and never reach this site — and the video, stills and downloads are served by Mux, Cloudflare R2 and Dropbox. Each one is a processor: it handles the data to provide its service and for nothing else.

What is never done with it

Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone for advertising. There are no advertising or tracking pixels on this site.

Project pages

A project page at /p/ is reachable by an unguessable link plus a six-digit code. It holds the work in progress for that project, any comments left on it, and the record of what has been signed and paid. It is not indexed by search engines.

Having it deleted

Email ricky@developedfilms.com and ask. Anything held about you is deleted, other than what has to be kept for tax and accounting on a project that was actually invoiced.
